About the hackathon
Join Grizzly Hacks for our 5th annual hackathon for GGC students! We aim to create a safe, fun and innovative space where students can learn and try out new technologies while getting help from peers and mentors!
About the club
HackGGC IV is ran by Grizzly Hacks @GGC. It is a student led organization at Georgia Gwinnett College that is enthusiastic about helping students build real-world projects and skills by attending hackathons and workshops!
The goal of this hackathon is to create a space for local students to learn new technologies and methodologies and build a project and network with peers.
You should join if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced so that you can have more experience using software and frameworks that are prevalent in the industry today!

Judging Criteria
-
Technology
How technically impressive was the hack? Was the technical problem the team tackled difficult? Did it use a particularly clever technique or did it use many different components? Did the technology involved make you go "Wow"? -
Design
Did the team put thought into the user experience? How well designed is the interface? How beautiful the CSS or graphics are? For a hardware project, how good is the human-computer interaction(e.g. is it easy to use or does it use a cool interface?) -
Completion
Does the hack work? Did the team achieve everything they wanted? Is it just an idea? How flushed out is it? -
Learning
Did the team stretch themselves? Did they try to learn something new? What kind of projects have they worked on before? If a team which always does virtual reality projects decides to do a mobile app instead, that exploration should be rewarded.
